There’s something powerful about soft light and quiet moments.
On my way somewhere, sitting in the car, watching the world move outside the window… and thinking about how much life has changed in the past year. Graduating as a psychologist felt like crossing a bridge — exciting, overwhelming, beautiful.
I’ve learned that healing isn’t just something I guide others through.
It’s something I practice daily with myself.
I train my body.
I challenge my mind.
I protect my peace.
The sparkles in this picture feel symbolic — little reminders that even in ordinary days, there’s something shining inside us.
Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming.
