There’s something about being surrounded by nature that brings me back to who I really am.
No pressure, no expectations… just fresh air, soft light, and the quiet reminder that life doesn’t have to be rushed all the time. This day felt light, almost like I could breathe deeper and smile without thinking about it.
As a psychologist, I spend so much time understanding emotions, patterns, behaviors… but moments like this remind me that not everything needs to be analyzed. Some things are just meant to be felt.
The wind in my hair, the earth under my feet, the calm inside my chest.
I’m still building my future, still chasing my goals, still working on myself…
but I’m also learning to enjoy where I am right now.
And honestly, I like this version of me.
