Yes, there are also many beggars and the smell of grass is felt in every corner. As much as there are many homeless people, they didn't bother us and the visit to the neighborhood was very calm.
We walked through parks that have incredible views of the city, as it is in a very high place.
I found many art galleries and have some items and books that remind me of this place. I wanted to become a homeless person there.
We also stopped for food and beers in cool pubs and smoke shops for dessert. lol
