Contexto: comecei a pensar nisso após participar do primeiro Town Hall da Hive que ocorreu nesta semana e cujo tema central era governança.
Um dos tópicos discutido foi o papel das comunidades na governança da blockchain e inclusive a comunidade Hive Cuba foi citada como exemplo.
Acredito que, embora nosso poder ainda seja modesto, já deveríamos pensar em utilizar os votos de testemunha de maneira estratégica.
Sendo assim, proponho que a comunidade Hive-BR utilize um de seus votos na testemunha threespeak.
Além de serem muito ativos na Hive e estarem envolvidos direta ou indiretamente em uma série de projetos relevantes, a 3speak também demonstrou seu apoio à comunidade brasileira seguindo nossa trilha de curadoria e, assim, acredito ser importante sinalizarmos nosso apoio a eles através deste voto de governança.
Como votar?
Utilizando a Prova de Participação. Todos os holders do token HBR podem expressar estar de acordo ou contra a proposta nos comentários, seja através de imagens, texto ou emojis. Tambem é possível sugerir alteração na forma da proposta sem alterar o mérito.
No caso da proposta #06, o mérito consiste em votar na 3speak como testemunha.

A votação terá a contagem de 7 dias, encerrando às 23:59 (horário de Brasília) do dia 24/10/2023.

Context: I started thinking about this after participating in Hive's first Town Hall that took place this week and whose central theme was governance.
One of the topics discussed was the role of communities in blockchain governance and the Hive Cuba community was even cited as an example.
I believe that, although our power is still modest, we should already think about using witness votes strategically.
Therefore, I propose that the Hive-BR community use one of their votes in the threespeak witness.
In addition to being very active at Hive and being directly or indirectly involved in a number of relevant projects, 3speak has also demonstrated its support for the Brazilian community by following our curation trail and, therefore, I believe it is important that we signal our support to them through this vote of governance.
How to vote?
Using Proof of Participation. All HBR token holders can express their agreement or opposition to the proposal in the comments, whether through images, text or emojis. It is also possible to suggest changes to the form of the proposal without changing the merits.
In the case of proposal #06, the merit lies in voting for 3speak as a witness.
Deadline
Voting will last 7 days, ending at 11:59 pm (Brasília time) on 10/24/2023.
