Lo cierto es que, está comprobado que el color verde, transmite esa sensación de tranquilidad y paz, es por eso que nos sentimos tan a gusto en medio de la naturaleza, las plantas pueden ser nuestras mejores amigas en esos momentos en que estamos más estresados, sin duda salir a dar una caminata al aire libre, a un parque o visitar el jardín de una vecina, si no tenemos el nuestro, puede ayudarnos a recuperar la calma y estabilizar nuestras emociones.
