So today this blog will be about a Vegetable known as GUCCHI (Yellow Morel) which is found in upper regions of Himachal Pradesh.
It is the most expensive vegetable which is available in the market. Due it its less availability in the market its prices are high.
Morchella or Gucchi Mushroom is mainly found in forest near trees. It has a very great taste. It is very spongy and has honeycombed head.
It can not be cultivated commercially , and is less available and this is the biggest reason why it is so much expensive.
we can make many dishes from GUCCHI such as Gucchi Pulao , Gucchi Soup etc. At present here in Shimla the price of Gucchi is somewhere between 18k-30k.

Although it is just like other Mushrooms but its rare availability and its unique taste makes it more special.
