Greetings to all who love nature. Have a nice day.
This is the first post in this community. I am just a photography enthusiast and not a professional photographer. But I like to take pictures, so I often take pictures wherever I go. I'm not interested in taking pictures of people, I only take pictures of natural beauty. I don't have a camera to take photos, so I just took them with my smartphone, so the quality is not good.
The photos posted here are photos taken while traveling. These photos were taken in Southern Shan State. These were taken from a motor boat while visiting the Inlay region. You will be able to see the different colors of the water and the buildings built on the floating islands in the water.
The people of Inlay Lake live in four towns and cities related to Inlay Lake. Many small villages along the shores of Inlay Lake live on the lake. Inlay Lake is located in Nyang Shwe Township. The people living there are Shan, Taung Nu, Pao (peasant), Dhanu, Kayah, Dhana and Burmese are mixed. Most of them are devout and use wood, They build houses with bamboo. They are honest people.
Transportation on the lake used to be by small boats. Now they travel and transport by motorized boats. Local fishermen are known for practicing a unique form of rowing in which they stand upright on one leg and tie the other leg around the deck. This unique pattern is created out of necessity as the lake is covered with reeds and floating plants, making it difficult to see over them while sitting. The stand gives rowers a view beyond the reeds.
I want to share more photos.
Thank you all.
