I was lucky to live in the beautiful spa region of the Caucasian Mineral Waters!
Our region is famous for its mineral waters.
There are many sanatoriums here. Spa resorts drink tons of mineral water from the springs in the hope of curing their illnesses.
The most popular resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters - Pyatigorsk, Zheleznovodsk and Essentuki - have created well-equipped pavilions with mineral water for the holiday holiday in sanatoriums.
People come in with bottles, open taps, and collect mineral water.
But in the city where I live, there are no specially designed mineral water pavilions.
But Nature itself made sure that we drank curative water directly from natural resources!
Today is a day off. So I decided to go to the foot of Mount Beshtau. To show you our two natural springs of mineral water!

As always, my road lies east to Mount Beshtau.
Today I admire the glades with a waddle!
Koval will bloom very soon.
And there will be a very beautiful silver glade, which whips like the sea!
Blue flax is blooming.! Beautiful, humble flowers.
I pass by a stone «fish» and I say hello to it 😀
These big rocks look very much like shark silhouettes.
So some of the jokers just scratched across the rock. And now the stone is like a real fish!
There’s a lot of fresh green grass in our fields outside of town now.
And I couldn’t take it - I threw down tight shoes.
It’s so nice to walk barefoot on the grass! True bliss is to feel with bare feet the energy field of planet Earth!
Finally, the first source of natural mineral water is shown in the distance.
Local architects have decorated the spring a little and built a wall of stone.
This wall at the source is similar to the silhouette of Mount Beshtau.
And also near this source of natural mineral water good people made flower beds. Now in this place very beautiful!
The mineral water flows out of the pipe.
There is no tap - everything is natural.
The water flows freely directly to the ground and is absorbed.
Water is curative - people come to the spring with bottles and canisters to fetch mineral water.
This water is mainly used to treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
However, this mineral water of ours has a slight smell of hydrogen sulphide (smell of rotten eggs 😀)
However, the locals are used to the smell.
And the water tastes nice, a little spicy.
When I drink water from the first natural spring, I move on.
My way is to the next source!
This source of mineral water is not so well-designed. There’s no flower bed. There’s no jewelry.
The water just comes out of the pipe. The water is very weak...
To put half a liter of water in a bottle, you have to wait five minutes...
But the water from the second source is delicious! It tastes like the famous Narzan!
When I go to a mineral water source, I always take a small folding cup.
It is convenient to drink water. This glass is a gift from my father. That’s why I love this glass...
This is the journey I made today to the mineral water springs!
