I will never cease to be amazed by the gifts that nature gives us. This morning when I was leaving my house, I found this little friend, a black beetle which I had to help. If you want to know more, I invite you to continue reading my publication.
Nunca dejaré de sorprenderme de los regalos que la naturaleza nos otorga. Esta mañana al salir de mi casa me encontré con este amiguito, un escarabajo negro el cual me tocó ayudar, si quieres saber más te invito a seguir leyendo mi publicación.
Like every morning, I always go for a walk, and when I opened the door, I found a beetle upside down. At first, I thought it was dead but when I looked at it, I noticed that it was moving its legs very slowly.
At home, we have the habit that any animal that comes to our home, we cuddle it or help it. So we have taken butterflies, grasshoppers, caterpillars and now beetles back to the garden, to their habitat where they belong.
Como todas las mañanas siempre realizo una caminata y al abrir la puerta me encontré con un escarabajo patas arriba. En un principio pensé que estaba muerto pero al observarlo me percaté que movía muy lentamente las patas.
En casa tenemos la costumbre que cualquier animalito que llegue a nuestro hogar lo acobijamos o lo ayudamos. Es así que hemos llevado mariposas, saltamontes, orugas y ahora escarabajos hacia al jardín, a su hábitat donde pertenecen.
For many cultures, the beetle has had several meanings throughout time. For the Greeks and Egyptians, it is an insect associated with fertility, renewal, luck, and rebirth. In particular, I do not know if my home received any of this because we are always grateful for the blessings that have come to us, but this beetle gave me moments of contemplation of nature and especially worry about the recovery of this little friend.
Para muchas culturas el escarabajo a lo largo del tiempo ha tenido varios significados. Para los griegos y egipcios es un insecto asociado a la fertilidad, renovación, suerte y renacimiento. En lo particular no sé si mi hogar recibió algo de esto, pues siempre estamos agradecidos de las bendiciones que nos han llegado, pero este escarabajo me regaló momentos de contemplación de la naturaleza y sobre todo preocuparme por el restablecimiento de este amiguito.
Once I saw it strengthened, I carefully placed it in the garden in a place where it could rest and recover, but far from anyone stepping on it. A few hours later, I returned to see the beetle, and it was gone. I guess it managed to move and went on its way. I thank you for your visit and the feeling of happiness that I felt when I helped him.

Una vez que lo ví fortalecido, con cuidado lo coloqué en el jardín en un lugar que pudiese descansar y recuperarse, pero lejos de que alguien lo pisara. A las horas regresé al lugar que lo coloqué y ya no estaba, intuyo que logró desplazarse y siguió su camino. Yo por lo pronto agradezco su visita y esa sensación de felicidad que me produjo haberlo ayudado.
