Los planté los últimos días de enero y en marzo los trasplanté a un pequeño lugar en el patio trasero de la casa. El proceso de germinación hasta que estén listos para trasplantar es de aproximadamente 60 días.
I planted them the last days of January and in March I transplanted them to a small spot in the backyard of the house. The germination process until they are ready to transplant is approximately 60 days.
Con mucho cuidado, mis plantas de berenjena ya han comenzado a florecer y están haciendo sus primeras berenjenas. Después de ser trasplantadas, duran 60 días más para comenzar a dar fruto.
With great care, my eggplant plants have already started to bloom and are making their first eggplants. After being transplanted, they take 60 more days to start bearing fruit.
Estoy muy emocinada porque muy pronto tendre mi jardin llenos de deliciosas berejena.

Cuando eran más pequeñas era recomendable regarlas cada 10 días pero ahora que están floreciendo conviene regarlas cada 2 días.
When they were smaller it was advisable to water them every 10 days but now as they are blooming they should be watered every 2 days.
Las berengenas se pueden preparar de muchas forma en la cocina en cremas, fritas, en guiso son una gran fuente de fibra y tiene una buena cantidad de hierro, potasio y proteína.
