I must say that I am quite stupid to think a butt as the head of this Spodoptera littoralis caterpillar. When I first look at the photos on my camera viewfinder, I am pretty sure that the one I photograph is the head and the mouth of the caterpillar chewing on the weeds flower.
But the more I search for it on the internet, I must admit that I was wrong. What I was photographing is actually the butt side of this caterpillar. 🤣🤣😅😅😂😂 Nature is amazing, right?
I mean, look at how it seems that the caterpillar chewing on a weed's flower, but it might only be the foot of the caterpillar that holding onto it. And I misidentified it as the head.
At first I was not so sure about the name and the species of this caterpillar, because the head that I found on the internet is different than the image that I have. Before I realized that I have made a huge mistake. Well, Spodoptera littoralis you really manage to trick me. 😁😁😁
