In a previous post I told you that there's a lot of animals at the place where I'm staying. As I was chilling in the room and some chickens made their way inside I remembered I wanted to take some pictures of them to share with you 📷

What there is most of, as you can see, is chickens. They are allowed to roam freely during half of the day as one of the dogs likes to eat them and he must be tied up while they are out, so they have to split up some hours of freedom.

There's also a couple of geese, being the female one a bit more shy and difficult to photograph (specially with a phone).

I was managing to get a bit closer but then she got up and started walking.

Also, this rooster wasn't happy with the attention being away from him and made sure he was the protagonist once more.

Fine then, have it your way...

Now this hen demanded her share of the fame as well.

I don't know exactly how many ducks live here, though not as many as the chickens, there's still plenty of them.

Everything is pretty silent around here until the male goose shows up. Man, that guy is loud and likes to boss the other birds around.

He just gets in there and makes everyone move out 😂

Good thing there's this big pond for everyone to go and swim when things aren't pleasant on land.

Now time for the doggies. There's about eight of them so I haven't been able to learn their names.

This white one who is pretty relaxed is also the chicken eater, don't let his cute appearance fool you hehe.

These guys live in total luxury as they have their very own house!

The rabbits were the hard part for me as they are confined to a small area because otherwise the dogs would kill them. I don't like to see animals deprived of freedom but I'm also getting used to life always having some kind of ugliness in the middle of what would otherwise be perfect. All in all, I tried to see the positive and thought that out in the wild it's no playground either so maybe their better off here, I don't know.

And here the host and her daughter, learning to ride get newly acquired bike.

"Nature is abundance"

Hope you enjoyed the tour of this place, thanks for tuning in
