Eventhough I was on holiday in Greece, some days I got up really early to enjoy the sunrise and the first sunrays on my skin. The most pleasant temperature in summer time is early in the morning and in the evening when the sun is not so much burning down anymore. I really enjoyed this time eventhoug it was only for an hour or so before the sun gained back its strenght. And of course also the light is much better at sunrise and sunset. Not such a strong and harsh light with dark and strong shadows.
I can still smell the salty air and hear the waves from the ocean when I think about this holiday and I cannot await my return. :-)
