Esto de escribir para ustedes cada vez se convierte en un compromiso más agradable de cumplir, pues trato de darles variedad en mis temas, también les muestro un poco de mí y de todo lo que me gusta hacer.

This writing for you is becoming a more and more pleasant commitment to fulfill, because I try to give you variety in my topics, I also show you a little bit of me and everything I like to do.

Hoy me voy a enfocar en un tema que disfruto hacer, hablar de mis plantas, en escritos anteriores les contaba que algunas plantas que en algún tiempo tuve en mi jardín ya no están conmigo, pero guardo de ellas fotos que siempre tendré para recordarlas. Sin embargó, éste escrito es para mostrarle cómo un mismo macetero ha permanecido conmigo tanto tiempo y en él he plantado varias plantas diferentes.

Today I am going to focus on a topic that I enjoy doing, talking about my plants, in previous writings I told you that some plants that I once had in my garden are no longer with me, but I keep pictures of them that I will always have to remember them. However, this writing is to show you how the same pot has remained with me for so long and in it I have planted several different plants.

Parte de mi personalidad es que me gusta hacer muchos cambios, no me gusta tener las cosas en un mismo sitio, por eso en el caso de las plantas también me ocurre algo parecido, trato de cambiarlas de un porrón a otro y de lugar, es por eso que verán hoy el mismo porrón con diferentes matas, que por cierto lo compré viniendo de viaje, fue amor a primera vista, debo decirle que fue algo costoso, pero no me importó, para ese entonces trabaja muy duro y cuando algo realmente me gustaba lo compraba.

Part of my personality is that I like to make many changes, I don't like to keep things in the same place, so in the case of plants something similar happens to me, I try to change them from one pot to another and place, that's why you will see today the same pot with different plants, which by the way I bought it coming from a trip, it was love at first sight, I must tell you that it was expensive, but I didn't care, by that time I worked very hard and when I really liked something I bought it.

Por aquí les muestro una foto con una mata tipo corazón, ella no florece pero es muy bonita y frondosa, con ella está mi hija Jeraldine que para ese entonces tenía como 8 años aproximadamente. Ese día se le cortó el cabello y se le hizo su sesión de fotos junto a la hermosa planta, la cual conservo todavía en en cesta.

Here I show you a picture with a heart type bush, it does not bloom but it is very beautiful and lush, with her is my daughter Jeraldine who by then was about 8 years old. That day her hair was cut and she had her photo session with the beautiful plant, which I still keep in a basket.

Está que les muestro por aquí me la regaló una vecina de mi hermana en Puerto Ordaz, lamentablemente la señora murió hace unos años, pero era una jardinera abnegada y le gustaba compartir sus plantas, con personas que ella sabía que cuidarían bien de ellas. Está fue una de las tantas que me regaló.

This one I show you here was given to me by a neighbor of my sister in Puerto Ordaz, unfortunately the lady died a few years ago, but she was a selfless gardener and liked to share her plants with people she knew would take good care of them. This was one of the many she gave me.

En la siguiente foto les muestro una mata de piña de jardín, a su lado una compañera de trabajo muy querida, ella me consideraba como una madre, recuerdo que todos los días al llegar a la oficina me pedía la bendición. Actualmente tiene un hijo y aunque no tengo mucha comunicación con ella de vez en cuando a través del Facebook, tengo algunas noticias de cómo va su vida.

In the following photo I show you a pineapple bush in the garden, next to it a very dear co-worker, she considered me as a mother, I remember that every day when she arrived at the office she would ask for my blessing. Currently she has a son and although I don't have much communication with her from time to time through Facebook, I have some news of how her life is going.

Por aquí les muestro otras plantas florecidas, el color de sus flores era hermoso, ese día me pinté mis uñas y use ese lindo contraste para mostrarlas. Porque debo decirle que soy adicta a las fotos también, pero gracias a ellas puedo compartir con ustedes, parte de mis gustos y vivencias.

Over here I show you other flowering plants, the color of their flowers was beautiful, that day I painted my nails and used that nice contrast to show them. Because I must tell you that I am addicted to photos too, but thanks to them I can share with you, part of my tastes and experiences.

También les muestro este tipo de helecho, (aun lo conservo) me lo regaló una vecina que compró mientras venía de regreso de Caripito, ese día me conmovió mucho su gesto, me comentó que al ver la mata le gustó mucho porque parecía de plástico, compró dos, una para ella y una para mí. Aunque estaba sembrado en otro porrón más pequeño si detallan bien la foto, quise meterlo allí para lucirla en mi porrón favorito. Por supuesto este día tenía una salida y aproveché la ocasión para congelar el momento al lado de mi regalo.

I also show you this kind of fern, (I still have it) a neighbor gave it to me as a gift while I was coming back from Caripito, that day I was very moved by her gesture, she told me that when she saw the bush she liked it very much because it looked like plastic, she bought two, one for her and one for me. Although it was planted in another smaller vase if you detail the photo well, I wanted to put it there to show it off in my favorite vase. Of course this day I had an outing and I took the opportunity to freeze the moment next to my gift.

Para concluir mi desfile de fotos cada una con una historia diferente, les cuento que en la foto principal, tenemos una planta que por aquí en nuestra Venezuela se le conoce como la millonaria. La pareja de la foto somos mi esposo y yo, con nuestro uniforme listo para salir a trabajar, en ese entonces éramos representantes de venta de productos Novex y nos encantaba lo que hacíamos, ya que los productos eran de calidad y nuestros clientes se convirtieron en personas muy queridas. Fue una etapa de nuestras vidas muy satisfactoria y bendecida, era un negocio familiar, ya que nuestros hijos nos acompañaron siempre en esta hermosa experiencia.

To conclude my parade of photos each one with a different story, I tell you that in the main photo, we have a plant that here in our Venezuela is known as the millionaire. The couple in the photo are my husband and I, with our uniform ready to go to work, at that time we were sales representatives of Novex products and we loved what we did, because the products were of quality and our customers became very dear people. It was a very satisfying and blessed stage of our lives, it was a family business, as our children always accompanied us in this beautiful experience.
