During my free time, one thing I love to do most is to go on a road trip. The fresh air just refreshens my soul. My hometown Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu has a lot to offer when we talk about nature and all scenic spots. Here is one, The Little Batanes of Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu.
Little Batanes of Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines
Eighty seven kilometers from Cebu City, lies a small town of Tabogon and in that small town is our small baranggay, Baranggay Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu, a blooming tourist spot that got known all over social media where a lot of tourists both local and international came to visit.
Every wonder why people call this place the "Little Batanes" ? It all started to gain it's name in social media when a famous Facebook page sugbo.ph writer known as Ram Mancelita published an article wayback June 27,2018 about the Little Batanes. This lot is owned by our grandfather,Silverio Ornopia.
When my mother and her siblings were younger,they used to live here. Then, when they all had there individual lives, they all lived separately with each other. We just come here seldomly to get a breathe of fresh air and enjoy the view. Therefore,this place will always have a special place in our hearts. This is a major part of our family history.
My Travel Buddy
From our house, it is a five to ten minute drive with my motorcyle. If you are planning to visit the place,and if you are from Cebu City, enter the little road at the right side of Caduawan Elementary School. You'll reach a diverged road, turn left. Then just continuously go on that road and it will lead you to Little Batanes.
Tourists both local and international visit the place to go on camping and hiking. It is a perfect spot to see the rise of a new day and best when you get to see the sunset as well.
Green Scenery
All you can see in the place are the trees, and the green grass. It is such pleasant to the eyes plus the fresh air.
