Few weeks ago I have visited beautiful Sweden, the country where all the nature lovers can find peace, relaxation and joy. I was astonished by the way the Swedes keep the nature , they are nature lovers and every free minutes they spend somewhere in the nature.
A lot of hills, so many lakes and different places can be on the list for the piknic or hiking. The weather during summer is great for swimming and enjoying near the water. My brother-in -law has shown me a beautiful place where he adores spending weekends and free time. It is a lake, located near his job, in the Älta, of which the eastern one part belongs to the Stockholm Municipality and the rest to Nacka Municipality.It is a lake which is the interesting spot both for the locals and tourists,both during the winter when the lake is frozen or during the summer.
Near Lake Drevviken in southernpart of Stockholm, in beautiful Sweden, lies a lake called Flaten.
It was the lake I would like to visit again when I visit Sweden next winter.I want to see its beauty during winter too. The neighborhood and the nearby natural reserve, both established in 2007, go by the same name.
So the nature lovers can enjoy both in observing and exploring the environment, the woods or to sunbath on the wide sandy beach.
Flaten is a very popular lake for fishing and swimming since it has the highest water quality of any lake near the Swedish capital. I have seen that some people drink a water without being afraid.
The surronding is so clear and you can really enjoy in the forrests, plants,trees ,beaches,there are a lot of activities for kids too.
This tree brought me a special attention. A beauty of the nature.The trees are like human beloved beings hugging themselves.
I was reading while walking, about unique spices of fish, plants,insects. The place is full of different spices.There is a list of 13 species, most commonly spring quillwort, awlwort, shoreweed, and needle spike-rush.
There is a documentation of lake fauna where there are registered 68 species, of which 14 were freshwater gastropods and five were dragonflies. There are valvata (Valvata piscinalis) and duck mussel. When it is about the fish spices you can find perch, roach, and silver bream,carp bream, northern pike, tench, bleak, ruffe, and zander. I have read about the majority of the plants and insects ,so if you like to know more my recommendation is to visit the place if you visit Sweden and Stockholm.Recommendation to visit Flatens nature reserve.
In Sweden ,almost everything is made of wood.
Kids will enjoy both in playing and exporing the nature.
I have visited few more places I find interesting there,so I will try to find some free time to write about them.
