"Orange and Pink Sunset"
I like the colour of Nova Scotian sunsets in Canada because they're very pink and orange like using fluorescent acrylic paints. If you go to an art store, there are these types of colours on the shelf. It looks like using those paints without using any water.
I don't know why this type of sunset colour is a common colour in Nova Scotia but I can guess that it's because it is located near the ocean. There are many famous fisherman's quotes like:
Red sky at night, sailors delight; red sky in morning,
sailors take warning
Every time when I see the orange and pink sky, I remember this type of phrase.
"だいだい色ともも色の夕焼け”
カナダのノバスコシア州の夕焼けの色は、蛍光色の絵の具のようなピンクとオレンジ色をしています。アート用品を扱うお店に行くと、よくこんな色の絵の具が並んでいます。水を使わずにそのまま原色を塗ったような色合いです。
なぜノバスコシアの夕焼けがこんな色になるのかはっきりとはわかりませんが、海が近いからではないかなと思います。漁師の有名な言葉に；
夕焼けは船乗りの喜びで 朝焼けは船乗りの警告
（夕焼けは晴れ、朝焼けは雨とよくいいますよね。）
というのがあります。だいだい色ともも色の空を見るといつも、こんなフレーズを思い出します。
