With the coming of the rains, flowers and flower-like grasses are in their blooms, attracting visitors, both humans, birds and butterflies to themselves.
I live at a small village off the town and
I get to see lots of butterflies, birds, squirrels, grass cutters around my neighborhood. In fact, some mornings I wake up to the sight of bird(s) perched at my window while picking at something of interest.
Other times, I see squirrels jumping from one end of the fence to the other. I've tried couple of times to capture them to no avail 😂.
While coming home from work yesterday, I saw these beautiful butterflies flying around and perching on the sunflower grasses, and I guess they were cross pollinating.
It was this particular one that caught my attention. See it's beautiful color combination, and that touch of blue at the middle of its wings makes it so captivating. Nature is indeed wonderful.
While I stood looking at them, it just struck me to take some pictures, and perhaps make a post about it someday.
See another beautiful one seriously performing its duties on the grasses's flower 😅
