Life runs very fast. The human being, in his ineffable race against time, has forgotten many beautiful things in life, which are to be enjoyed. Natural elements that are gifts and are there within our reach to simply enjoy them and often take their good energy to continue on our way with joy.

As you already know, I am a nature lover and, like many, apart from the respect I have for it, there is my admiration for everything about it. I advocate for the conservation and healthy coexistence between the modern and the natural. A balance that is fantastic and utopian, and that, to a high degree, is simply not fulfilled, because of the same human being.

Large cities, in general, tend to minimize the natural element, often lost among so much modernism (buildings and sophisticated constructions). But, in some cases, there are exceptions, and it is through the eyes of many dreamers and conservationists (like me), that we are grateful for their existence by simply enjoying them in any opportunity that comes our way.

I live in a coastal area of my country (Anzoátegui State, Venezuela), and here, we have the immense privilege of living next to the sea. That is to say, the city is on the shore of the beaches. The urban area is made up of three cities (Barcelona, Lechería, and Puerto La Cruz), all located on the shores of the splendorous sea.

Puerto La Cruz is one of these cities. In it, there is a famous boulevard by the beach, where many people come and visit to share, either family and friendly moments, to play sports, or simply to recreate and recharge themselves with the positive energy that nature provides in the place.

La vida corre muy deprisa. El ser humano, en su inefable carrera contra el tiempo, ha olvidado muchas cosas hermosas de la vida, que son para disfrutarlas. Elementos naturales que son regalos gratuitos y están allí a nuestro alcance para simplemente recrearnos en ellos y muchas veces tomar su buena energía para seguir con alegría el camino.

Como ya me conocen, soy amante de la naturaleza y, como muchos, aparte del respeto que siento por ella, existe mi admiración por todo lo que a ella se refiere. Abogo por la conservación y la sana convivencia entre lo moderno y lo natural. Un equilibrio que es fantástico y utópico, y que, en alto grado, simplemente no se cumple, por culpa del mismo ser humano.

Las grandes ciudades, por lo general, tienden a minimizar el elemento natural, perdido muchas veces entre tanto modernismo (edificios y sofisticadas construcciones). Pero, en algunos casos, hay excepciones, y es a través de los ojos de muchos soñadores y conservacionistas (como yo), que agradecemos su existencia simplemente disfrutándolos en cualquier oportunidad que se nos presenta.

Vivo en una zona costera de mi país (Estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela), y aquí, tenemos el inmenso privilegio de habitar al lado del mar. Es decir, la ciudad está a la orilla de las playas. La zona urbana está conformada por tres ciudades (Barcelona, Lechería y Puerto La Cruz), todas ubicadas a orilla del esplendoroso mar.

Puerto La Cruz es una de estas ciudades. En ella, existe un famoso bulevar a orilla de la playa, donde muchas personas concurren y visitan para compartir, bien sea entre momentos familiares y amistosos, hacer deporte, o simplemente recrearse y recargarse de la energía positiva que la naturaleza provee en el lugar.

A boulevard-like promenade, along the beach, with definitely beautiful spaces and of course, the presence of that legendary and special element, which transmits that good vibe and that fabulous energy that recharges us after moments of wear and tears in everyday life.

I used to visit the beach more often. I loved the family and friends' outings, almost every weekend. Some time ago, and as a consequence of the inclemency of the sun that became very harmful and risky for the skin, I stopped exposing myself so much to the sun's rays and its negative effects.

However, whenever I can, I enjoy this wonderful element that offers incomparable energy and as my dear friend Hive account@pablo1601 says, it recharges us with a lot of positive energy. I love walks, especially in the evenings, by the sea and in fact, I have practiced it here in my city. Something fantastic that has no point of comparison and that whenever you can, you have to experience it.

Today, I had to take my son to some personal errands in the city of Puerto La Cruz, and it was there when while waiting, it occurred to me to approach the Paseo Colon, to simply enjoy the wonderful energy of the sea, and breathe that fabulous air, which does us so much good and fills us with so much wonderful energy.

I like this walk, the contrast on one side with the immense sea, blue and splendorous, fabulous and long, very long. Where you just stop to admire it and spend time without realizing it. That contrast of side and side, the immense blue sea, with the city in its maximum urban expression (buildings and cars) and people looking for this wonderful space to enjoy it.

Un paseo tipo bulevar, a lo largo de la playa, con espacios definitivamente hermosos y por supuesto, la presencia de ese legendario y especial elemento, que nos transmite esa buena vibra y esa energía fabulosa que nos recarga después de momentos de desgaste en la cotidianidad.

Antes visitaba más a menudo la playa. Me encantaban los paseos familiares y con amistades, casi todos los fines de semana. Hace algún tiempo, y como consecuencia de la inclemencia del sol que se volvió muy dañino y un riesgo para la piel, dejé de exponerme tanto a los rayos solares y sus efectos negativos.

Sin embargo, siempre que puedo, disfruto de este maravilloso elemento que ofrece una energía inigualable y como dice mi querido amigo Hive account@pablo1601, nos recarga de mucha energía positiva. Me encantan los paseos, sobre todo en los atardeceres, a la orilla del mar y de hecho, lo he practicado aquí en mi ciudad. Algo fantástico que no tiene punto de comparación y que, definitivamente, siempre que se pueda, hay que experimentar.

El día de hoy, me tocó llevar a mi hijo, a unas diligencias personales, en la ciudad de Puerto La Cruz, y fue allí, cuando en la espera, se me ocurrió acercarme al Paseo Colón, para simplemente disfrutar de la maravillosa energía del mar, y respirar ese aire fabuloso, que tanto bien nos hace y de tanta energía maravillosa nos llena.

Me gusta de este paseo, el contraste de un lado con el inmenso mar, azul y esplendoroso, fabuloso y largo, muy largo. Donde simplemente te paras a admirarlo y de verdad se te pasa el tiempo sin darte cuenta. Ese contraste de lado y lado, el mar inmenso y azul, con la ciudad en su máxima expresión urbana (edificios y automóviles) y la gente buscando este espacio maravilloso para disfrutarlo.

Many people come to this place to just sit by the sea and enjoy the scenery, the energy, and of course, the company. Although also in solitude, these moments are often enjoyed. Today I simply sat, thanked, filled my sight and my soul with the wonderful energy of the sea, and of course, took some pictures for this publication.

Although they are not the best, I think they managed to capture the main essence and that is the blue sea and the sky. The palm trees at the edge of the beach are beautiful and give a nice feeling to the place, which is well kept and is a favorite place for many who come to connect a while of their day with Mother Nature.

Earlier in the morning, before I left my house, the sunrise sky was also beautiful, just as it is my favorite. Deep blue and cotton clouds. Also, a beautiful gift that I am always grateful for and am a faithful lover of. The intense blue of the sky and also of the sea, dress my soul with joy every time I have the opportunity to look at them and admire them.

After enjoying the scenery, I set out to look for my son, and also there, I took in the contrast of the urban with the beautiful blue sky and its cotton flakes.

Buildings that rise to show and demonstrate the advance of modernity, and next to them, the beautiful blue sky and its white clouds, illuminate the day. Reminding us that we must respect nature and practice conservationism. To live in harmony and balance, between the modern and the natural. That should be the premise.

Mucha gente se acerca a este sitio para simplemente sentarse a la orilla del mar y disfrutar del paisaje, la energía y por supuesto, la compañía. Aunque también en soledad, suele disfrutarse estos momentos. Hoy simplemente me senté, agradecí, llené mi vista y mi alma con la energía maravillosa del mar y por supuesto, tomé algunas fotografías para esta publicación.

Que si bien no son las mejores, creo que lograron captar la esencia principal y es el azul marino y del cielo. Las palmeras a orilla de la playa, son hermosas y le dan una sensación bonita al lugar, que está bien cuidado y es el sitio favorito de muchos que vienen a conectarse un rato de su día, con la Madre Naturaleza.

Más temprano en la mañana, antes de salir de mi casa, el cielo del amanecer también estaba hermoso, tal cual es mi favorito. Azul intenso y nubes de algodón. También un hermoso regalo que siempre agradezco y del cual soy amante fiel. El azul intenso del cielo y también del mar, visten mi alma de alegría cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de mirarlos y admirarlos.

Luego de disfrutar el paisaje, me dispuse a buscar a mi hijo, y también allí, tomé el contraste de lo urbano con el hermoso cielo azul y sus copos de algodón.

Edificios que se levantan mostrando y demostrando el avance de la modernidad, y a su lado, el precioso cielo azul y sus nubes blancas, iluminando el día. Recordándonos que debemos respetar la naturaleza y practicar el conservacionismo. Vivir en armonía y equilibrio, entre lo moderno y lo natural. Esa debe ser la premisa.

Even though today, the sun was especially scorching and the temperature was intense, I enjoyed this unexpected encounter with nature in my city. I think I will practice more often these walks that nourish so much positivity and recharge the soul with beautiful energy.

Nature is there accompanying and sheltering us, giving us an endless number of beautiful things for us to take care of and enjoy. Let's take a break from our hectic lives and appreciate the beautiful things she gives us. Let's take care of her and help to continue preserving and building this beautiful planet that the future requires.

Muy a pesar de que hoy, el sol estaba especialmente achicharrante y de temperatura intensa, disfruté muchísimo este encuentro inesperado con lo natural en mi ciudad. Creo que practicaré más a menudo estos paseos que tanto nutren en positivo y recargan el alma de hermosa energía.

La naturaleza está allí acompañándonos y cobijándonos, regalándonos un sinfín de cosas hermosas para que las cuidemos y disfrutemos. Demos una pausa en nuestra agitada vida y apreciemos las cosas bellas que ella nos regala. Cuidemos de ella y ayudemos a seguir conservando y construyendo ese hermoso planeta que el futuro requiere.
