Good evening all Hive friends in this community. Usually, on New Year's Eve, my husband and I will go to an interesting destination that is full of visitors, or I usually go to neighboring countries, such as Malaysia and Singapore, to see fireworks. Not disrespecting the fireworks in Indonesia, such as Bali, Lombok and the National Capital, namely the City of Jakarta, but domestic flight tickets are much more expensive compared to neighboring countries, so the time needed is also relatively longer compared to if I go to Malaysia. or Singapore.
This year I prefer to celebrate the new year by stepping aside for a while from the crowd. Together with my husband, I am currently in Aceh City, which is a city where no New Year is celebrated at all. No firecrackers no entertainment no fireworks all normal as usual and there was one place I decided I wanted to go with my husband. Enjoy the evening with a simple dinner by the lake in the middle of the city with a quiet atmosphere, there are only a few fishermen who go fishing in the lake and young people who enjoy their dinner.
This lake is located in the City Center of Loksumawe Aceh. Even though this lake is in the center of the city, it seems to look shabby if we see this lake in the afternoon. This lake, which can be treated very beautifully, should be preserved so that it has even more beauty when viewed by foreign tourists like me. from end to end of this lake I feel very worried about the existence of this lake without maintenance, this should be the concern of the local government in collaboration with all levels of society around this lake.
If it's morning and evening before dusk, we will see lots of cranes perching on the trees that fill their branches, and at night on this lake we will see city lights and lots of traders selling here at low prices. cheap ones. Actually this lake is ordinary, but at night because of the wind that blows from the lake, the city lights are lit up making the atmosphere of this lake look romantic without being made up with the addition of violins like what I see in romantic movies. ..ha.. because in this lake we can create our own romantic atmosphere.
The scenery is very contrasting if we look at night and during the day at Lake Kota. Hopefully when I visit here again there will be changes with the increasingly beautiful lake and the concern of the surrounding community for the cleanliness, beauty and comfort of this place, so that the change of year between 2022 and 2023 will increase, not only about the change of year which has no meaning whatsoever and hopefully those in this community are healthy always stay happy and all your prayers come true.
