Hello friends, There are many trees and plants in nature that have proved to be boons for humans. For centuries, humans have been using them for their health. Friends, I was very surprised to see this plant here in a city like Mumbai. I saw it here, outside the railway station, in the parking lot.
This beautiful-looking plant is found in almost all the states of India. It is seen anywhere on the sides of the fields, in garbage, on the sides of the road, especially in villages. In Hindi, it is called "Arndi," and in English, it is called "Castor." It is also cultivated, and the oil that comes out of it has many benefits. I am writing about it because, after seeing it here suddenly, my childhood memories came alive. Information about its medicinal value and benefits can be found anywhere.
But I have some experience with it, and I am writing about it. This tree is seen a lot in our village. Friends, this tree looks very beautiful. I like its dark green color very much. You can see it in the image. And its fruits are round and have soft thorns. This tree grows up to fifteen feet, but it is very weak; even if a small child climbs on it, it breaks immediately. That is why we were not allowed to go near it. It always looks fresh. Its leaves are very big and cool. I remember when we were in the field and there was a lot of sunshine, our father used to keep a big leaf of this tree inside our cap. What can I tell you? It felt very cool in that heat. This was a very good way to protect yourself from the sun. On holidays, we children used to collect seeds and sell them in the market. Only then did we get good money from it. It was bought on the basis of a kilo.
Because the oil of its seeds is very useful. It has many industrial and Ayurvedic benefits. It is useful for stomach ailments and many other such ailments. We used to eat lunch sitting under the shade near the farm. Friends, these were some of the memories associated with it, which I shared with you. Friends, if you like it, do write to me. Thank you.
