The word "Pinna" meaning "feather" and "Peds" meaning "foot" equals "feather footed".
We popped in at a local small harbor for some fish and coffee and I saw the Sea Lion between the yachts,
Quite a busy morning of running around again and we took a short breather at the southern end of the town, before we went to another part of the town that was also near our favorite beach. At both places we received some lovely surprises.
Come and see.
The sea lion seemed to be still lost in his weekend as he lazed away in the sun.
The heat of the warm sun softly put him to sleep.
This was where I was standing with my camera.
Now here we were at the other end.
Not a soul in sight as we took a quick walk on the sand.
Bang! The first time for us to see a seal here.
He was hunting just beyond the breakers and this was the only other shot that I could get of him.
Here is a great article on the Cape Fur Seals;

Okay, I got some other great shots but these two sightings were to me at least the most exciteable, as we love to watch animals in the wild.
Both the sea lion and the seal are very agile in the water and one day I will get one with a fish in it's mouth.
In the meantime I know that Mother nature has many more surprise sightings in store for us.
And That's All Friends.
