This tiny guy belongs to the Lycaenidae-Polyommatinae family and it was outstanding to see his colors.
We had a clear early morning before the clouds arrived and I spotted the little butterfly in our garden. So I set the Macro setting on my camera and you will see the amazing results here.
Come and have a look.
I was stunned by the colors on his little wings.
Now, I agree that he doesn't look like much when those wonderful little wings are closed. But oh, what a sight when he opens them to soak up the morning sun.
Here I caught him in flight and thankfully the shot was not blurred.
He landed on this leaf and I was ready for him. Isn't he so very pretty?.
Now, to finish the post with just two shots of a wasp on the succulent flowers in the sun.
I love to sit in the garden to watch the first rays of the sun appear and I am always grateful for the birds and the insects that join me in a thank you prayer for another day.
We are blessed with so much beauty and it always lifts my heart before the day's work and problems start.
I hope that you also appreciate it.
And That's All Friends!
