Land of the Living Sky
That is what appears on our Saskatchewan license plates and these last few evenings have surely been that!
The sun sets brilliantly over by the dock at the end of main street and I hurried with my business so I could get some shots of this beautiful display.

Another evening I took the dog out to see if the moon was up yet and I caught the tail end of the sunset. It must have been a glorious sunset for although the skies were darkening there was still some beautiful colors.

For the past few days the moon has been shining bright by the pine trees when I step out my door in the early morning and I had to pause to capture a few shots of it's brilliant display.

Since discovering the Art Vivid setting on my HD mode on my camera I've been having fun seeing what sort of images it will capture. It made a brilliant image of the moon shining in a break in the clouds
