Nature helps us focus on internal processes, whether they be thoughts, feelings, or sensations. The energy of nature is inherently attuned to humans and is ready to flow in unison.
Outdoor recreation is considered the most complete and restorative.
Nature hears us, feels us, and embraces us, regardless of the chosen landscape.
Take a break for a few days or a week and delve into the depths of nature, and you will feel its effects. Initially, there is an endless internal dialogue, a stream of thoughts. This is eventually replaced by feelings that are provoked by our internal reasoning.
And only after a while, having peeled away the upper layers of consciousness - everyday work, social situations, and our own ego - we do begin to feel: to hear the birds, to appreciate the variety of greens, and smell of the wind.
Of course, if we make these sorties often, then the "turf" does not have much time to grow, and half a day may be enough for us to reach the level of feelings. However, hardened city dwellers may sometimes require three days to a week to stop "cooking mental soup".
Nature opens the way to our feelings, and feelings are a support in our search for our needs, a guide to our true desires. Only the one who hears their feelings can recognize their needs and set goals, the achievement of which will bring real happiness.
