When I want to look at my plain from some elevation, I come to Vrsac hill and I can choose the vantage points from where they will watch...
One of my favorites is the view from the Turban vantage point... From there, the view extends to the Danube, and across the river to neighboring Romania.
And there is the Golubac fortress.... When the view is clear you can see the chimneys and the smoke billowing from them.... It is a steel plant in Kovin.
It is somewhere halfway to the Danube and Golubac...
Deliblato Sandstone is a little closer...
And there are fields sown with grain, corn, sunflower, oilseed rape, soybeans...
Soon the fields will turn the yellow color of ripened grain, as well as the bright yellow of blooming sunflowers..
Between them will be green cubes of corn.... Like a chessboard whose fields are not exactly arranged.... So every time I climb up and look , the same plain just has a different uniform...
While I was sitting like that and watching the plain, someone was watching me from the rock... Maybe he was wondering, is he allowed to go down the rock and go the other way?? 🤔
I got a little closer to take a picture of it.. Then it hid deeper in the rock.... I sat down on the bench again, and looked to the other side... The lizard came out a little again, I said that I don't want anything, in a gentle voice.. .. I continued to look into the distance.. Out of the corner of my eye I caught movement, and only the lizard's tail was visible, as it disappeared between the rocks.....
There is also the Vršac tower that watches over the city and from its windows you can see the plain further away.....
