It's another new week. I'm here with a project I did last week.
My cousin had a beach hang out and rather than rock a Jean and tank top, she went sourcing a fabric for her beach hangout. That's the perk of having a designer as your sister.
She was fortunate because I didn't have any pending outfit left, so I went to work immediately.
I honestly don't know the right name for the fabric, but it's a soft net fabric that felt like wool. It's not tweed either.
She sent me her style inspiration and I gave her exactly what she wanted.
It's a stylish two piece outfit, the blouse has a turtle neck and the pants has a short lining, since it's a See-through fabric.
It took me an hour to cut sew and finish the project. I made the dress an eve to the hang out and she fitted it immediately, since we were together.
Let's see the different view of the outfit. I also think my lack of enough lightning didn't make the fit pop out like it should. In other words, picture didn't do justice to the fit.
Here's the front view of the fit.
An up close view of the fit.
The pant has an elastic on the trouser band for easy wearing.
I begged her to send me a picture of her rocking the fit, she's yet to send it. But I absolutely loved how it looked on her.
Images used are mine.
