Que tal amigos hoy va a ser un tutorial muy divertido y diferente,pues Lissie mi Barbie se prepara desde ya para la nueva entrega del año que viene de #costuratubarbie llevo dos años consecutivas participando pero con esta Barbie desde el año pasado porque la primera vez que lo hice fué con la hermana de Lissie y esa vez participamos con el vestido de novia luego el siguiente concurso con fantasía de los años 80's 90' s y 2000.🤭

Esta es la primera vez que pratico hacer un vestido elegante para Lissie,y pues nos estaremos preparando desde ya para aprender nuevas técnicas y combinaciones de tela , colocación de detalles y hacer un trabajo mejor,hoy le estaremos haciendo un lindo vestido elegante con un trozo de tela de blonda que me quedó de un vestido que arreglé,espero te guste el resultado final ,a mi me fascinó 🤩💗.

The design I wanted for Lissie was a dress with a turtleneck and a semi-bell skirt with pleats at the waist. For decoration, I would use the same lace fabric to add a flower to the bust and fill it with transparent beads. So, the first thing I did was locate the fabric, which was already cut into a semicircle. If yours isn't like that, you can cut it and sew the hem. I cut the skirt to 18 cm; you can measure the desired length of the skirt depending on your Barbie. I cut the blouse piece with the armhole and turtleneck.

I proceed to measure the blouse on my Barbie and we see that it fits her perfectly. I have decided to make some darts on the front of the blouse and under each nipple. For the skirt, I will baste the pleats to then place them on the blouse of the dress. Then I cut the sleeves which we will later sew halfway up the armhole with the shoulders bare.

For the lining I cut a rectangle 10 cm long x 20 cm wide. We sew it along one side, then we sew it under the skirt on the inside and reversed so that when turned right side out it is not visible from above. We seal the sleeves and sew them under the armhole so that they are halfway down the armhole.

After sewing our sleeves, it's time to cut a small strip of pink fabric, 12 cm long x 1 cm wide. We fold it and sew it along the edge. We place it at the top of the neckline, as this is to hold the fabric in place. I've sewn a silver detail on top as an embellishment. Next, we cut a flower from the lace fabric and place it in the center of the dress. There, I've sewn the small, transparent beads onto it one by one and separately. That's how we finish the dress.
