Good evening beautiful community of needle lovers 🪡🧵, I was finishing this work that due to light problems I had not been able to teach you, I tell you that it is about how I learned to make these blouses called oversize and that are in trend at the moment, it is not that I did not know how to sew a shirt or blouse a bit loose for a lady but the question is that I could not find exactly the right size to be able to make the cut in the fabric and sew it, then a few months ago a friend was selling clothes in her online store so I ordered two oversize shirts that I know could later be used to get a pattern to make one for myself, I was just waiting for them to fit me well and although the ones I ordered were size "L" I wanted to make an oversize in a smaller size since this fabric tends to stretch a lot and it was necessary to cut my fabric a few centimeters less than each oversize was.
In part, I have always liked to buy a piece of clothing that I like and then be able to make my patterns. The truth is that most of the patterns that I have saved here are made like this from garments that I like and I have been buying and thus obtaining my patterns in an easier way, that's what I did with these oversize to get a pattern or necessarily guide me to cut the new oversize ones that I make, so today I show you the first one that I made that was in black 🖤 I love this color and well, I didn't have a loose flannel like that in this color, so I got to work making it, it's very easy to make, I hope you like it😉.

We're going to open the part where we joined the shoulders and we're going to place the sleeve to the armhole with a pin and sew it along the edge, stretching it a little without forcing it. Then we're going to close and join the sides with a seam in the same way. We're going to finish with a straight seam and sew the edge of the bottom part of the hem.

We then move on to sewing the edge of each sleeve at the bottom. Then, I'm going to place the top part of the collar and fold it in half to make a small cut to indicate which is the front and the back right in the middle. This is a very effective technique for placing the bias right in the center of both pieces. On the back, I'll join the bias binding and sew it at the end with a straight overlock stitch. This way, I'll join the collar around the outline as we normally sew it, just placing it right on the cut we made on both pieces to indicate which is the front and the back, so it can be better distinguished.
