[ENG/ESP] Amigurumi mouse keychain/Llavero ratón amigurumi

This is keychain number 3 of my project to raise funds for the church's worship team. I had already told you that I wanted to make as many as possible, I even told you that I estimated to make at least 100, but I think I rushed, because I have 20 days to make them and I would have to make between 4 and 5 keychains per day to get close to that number and it is impossible for me to work at that pace. On the other hand I had to stop my needle work for three days because I hit the nail of my right thumb and it hurt me a lot because one of the most affected edges changed color and temperature, possibly it got infected and I will lose the nail. I am already a little better, but it was necessary to stop and the truth is that it slowed me down a lot.

Este es el llavero número 3 de mi proyecto para recolectar fondos para el grupo de alabanza de la iglesia. Ya les había comentado que quería hacer todos los que me fuera posible, incluso les hablé de que estimaba realizar al menos 100, pero creo que me apresuré, pues tengo 20 días para elaborarlos y tendría que hacer entre 4 y 5 llaveros por día.para acercarme a ese número y me es imposible trabajar a ese ritmo. Por otro lado he tenido que parar mi trabajo de agujas por tres días ya que me golpee la uña de mi pulgar derecho y me dolía mucho debido a que por uno de los bordes más afectados cambió de color y temperatura, posiblemente se me infectó y pierda la uña. Ya estoy un poco mejor, pero fue necesario parar y la verdad me retrasó mucho.

All this makes me reflect on how to elaborate a plan of action when we do a project and we want to reach the goal and not feel frustrated when I see that I will not be able to reach the goal. The first thing is to set a realistic goal, according to time and resources and I think that's where I failed, because I didn't take into account that it is less than a month and I don't have the material at hand.

Todo esto me hace reflexionar sobre cómo elaborar un plan de acción cuando hacemos un proyecto y queremos alcanzar la meta y no sentirme frsutrada al ver que no podré llegar al objetivo. Lo primero es ponernos una meta realista, en función del tiempo y los recursos y creo que allí fue donde fallé, porque no tomé en cuenta que es menos de un mes y además no tengo el material al alcance.

However, although I admit my mistake of not being able to reach what I had proposed, I am not discouraged and I want to continue doing this type of work in the long term, increasing my stop until I have an inventory and what I can collect from there, invest it in the congregation. That gives me a lot of joy and encouragement to continue.

Sin embargo, aunque admito mi error de no poder llegar a lo que me había propuesto, no me desanimo y quiero seguir haciendo este tipo de trabajo a largo plazo, ir aumentando mi stop hasta tener un inventario y lo que pueda recolectar de allí, invertirlo en la congregación. Eso me da mucha alegría y ánimos para seguir.

Ahora les comparto resumidamente como elaborar este pequeño ratón que inspira tanta ternura que ni me provoca venderlo, creo que ya tenemos un vínculo. Veamos el proceso.

I made a sphere for the head starting from 6 magic low stitches and in increases multiples of 6 I reached 24 low stitches; from the fourth row I advanced two rows and then worked the decreases to leave only the space to fill. I did the body with a smaller wait with a maximum of 18 single crochet stitches and from there an additional row to decrease.

Elaboré una esfera para la cabeza partiendo de 6 puntos bajos mágicos y en aumentos múltiplos de 6 llegué a 24 puntos bajos; a partir de la cuarta vuelta avancé dos vueltas y luego trabajé las disminuciones para dejar solo el espacio para rellenar. El cuerpo lo hice con una espera más pequeña con un máximo de 18 puntos bajos y de allí una vuelta adicional para luego disminuir.

I also worked the hands and feet with spheres, slightly larger ones for the feet and smaller ones for the hands. I attached them to the body with black beads.

A parte trabajé las manos y los pies con esferas, unas un poco más grandes para los pies y más chicas para las manos. Las uní al cuerpo con unas cuentas de pasta color negra.

I made the ears with pink crochet discs and then a round with gray yarn. I made the nose details.

Elaboré las orejas con discos en crochet rosado y luego una vuelta con lana gris. Realicé los detalles de la nariz.

Finally I assembled the whole keychain. I placed a leftover strawberry from my strawberry jar project. I always try to include other elements in these key chains besides the main figure because it complements everything in a harmonious way and I take advantage of anything I have left over so I don't waste anything.

Por último ensamble todo el llavero. Coloqué una fresa que me había sobrado de mi proyecto de frasco decorado con fresas. Siempre trato de incluir otros elementos en estos llaveros además de la figura principal porque complementar todo de una manera armónica y aprovecho cualquier cosa que me quede por allí para no desperdiciar nada.
