I started by marking the panty pieces; back, front and center, I folded the fabric checking the elongation, I placed the pattern and with the help of chalk I marked, then I cut.

Once the pieces were cut, I glued the center or inner piece, right sides together, one of the center pieces, then right sides together, I pinned it and sewed it with a straight stitch.

The next step was to glue the back part. To do this, I placed it facing the center and passed the lower piece through the top, forming a kind of tunnel. I secured it with pins, sewed it, and pulled the garment out through one of the holes. This way, the seams are hidden and the finish is neat.
El siguiente paso fue pegar la parte trasera, para ello la enfrenté con el centro y pasé la pieza inferior por la parte de arriba formando una especie de túnel, sujeté con alfileres, cosí y saqué la prenda por uno de los orificios, de esta forma las costuras quedan ocultas y el acabado es prolijo.
With the center pieces joined, and the panty open, I attached the leg bias tape starting at one end. I used a zigzag stitch, stretching one centimeter of elastic every four centimeters. After stretching the bias tape, I inserted the fabric into the bias tape and sewed it closed.
Once the leg bias tape was attached, I aligned the side seams and closed one of them.
Unidas las piezas centrales, con la panty abierta pegué el sesgo de las piernas iniciando en uno de los extremos, para ello usé puntada de zigzag, estirando un (1) centímetro de elástico cada cuatro (4) centímetros, luego de estirar el sesgo introduje la tela en el sesgo y pasé costura.

With one side sewn closed, I measured the waist, subtracted 8 centimeters, and obtained the amount of elastic needed for the panty (62-8= 56).
I attached the bias tape with the right side of the fabric facing each other, stretching it by one (1) centimeter every four (4) centimeters, just as I had done with the black bias tape. Then I turned the previous seam to the wrong side and sewed over it again to reinforce it.
Cerrado uno de los costados, medí la cintura, resté 8 centímetros y obtuve la cantidad de elástico necesario para la panty (62-8= 56).
