Comfortable sleep mask to sleep and have sweet dreams [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad @NeedleWorkMonday feliz día 💜 el sueño es algo primordial para nuestra salud y una de las cosas mas importante es sentirnos cómodos a la hora de dormir. En estos días he buscado muchos métodos y alternativas que me ayuden a conciliar el sueño ya que el insomnio es uno de los problemas que tengo, me cuesta mucho conciliar el sueño, por eso les comparto un cómodo antifaz para dormir elaborado en tela de algodón muy suave. Me gusta porque es un buen accesorio que impide que la luz de cualquier electrodoméstico que tenemos en nuestra habitación nos interrumpa el sueño. Así que póngase cómodos y materiales en mano que comenzamos con nuestro paso a paso.

These days I have been looking for many methods and alternatives to help me fall asleep since insomnia is one of the problems I have, I have a hard time falling asleep, that's why I share with you a comfortable sleep mask made of very soft cotton fabric. I like it because it is a good accessory that prevents the light of any appliance we have in our room from interrupting our sleep. So get comfortable and materials in hand that we begin with our step by step.

Antes de comenzar con este proyecto debemos elaborar un patrón o molde del antifaz, la forma es parecida a una B, Lo colocamos encima de la tela doble ya que como este se va rellenar debemos sacar dos piezas. Sujetamos con alfileres el molde sobre la tela para evitar que esta se mueva, después recortamos

Before starting this project we must make a pattern or mold of the mask, the shape is similar to a B, we place it on top of the double fabric because as this is going to be filled we must take out two pieces. We pin the mold on the fabric to prevent it from moving, then we cut it out.

El la tela de algodón estampada vamos a colocar otro patrón un poco mas pequeño que el anterior pero en forma de lentes de corazón, también lo sujetamos con alfileres sobre la tela y luego lo recortamos

On the printed cotton fabric we are going to place another pattern a little smaller than the previous one but in the shape of a heart lens, we also pin it on the fabric and then cut it out.

Para finalizar cortamos las ultimas piezas que son unos corazones los cuales deben ser mas pequeños los de los lentes, cortamos dos piezas y como detalle en tela blanca cortamos unos corazones pequeños y unas ZZZ que es un símbolo con el que expresamos el sueño

To finish we cut the last pieces which are some hearts which should be smaller than those of the glasses, we cut two pieces and as a detail in white fabric we cut some small hearts and some ZZZ which is a symbol with which we express the dream.

En el medio de las dos piezas negras del antifaz colocamos un poco de relleno antialergico, después recortamos dando la misma forma del antifaz. Colocamos la otra pieza encima y con una aguja cosemos por todo el borde haciendo puntadas festón y de una vez aprovechamos para ubicar la elástica en cada extremo del antifaz, introduciendo 1 centímetros dentro de las dos piezas y cosemos

In the middle of the two black pieces of the mask we place some anti-allergic stuffing, then we cut out giving the same shape of the mask. We place the other piece on top and with a needle we sew all around the edge making scallop stitches and at once we take the opportunity to place the elastic at each end of the mask, introducing 1 centimeter inside the two pieces and sew.

Esta pieza que va encima del antifaz que tiene forma de lentes la vamos a pegar con silicona liquida, tratamos de colocar suficiente pega especialmente por el borde de la pieza. Luego pegamos encima unos corazones en color negro que parecen el cristal de los lentes, también debemos agregarle silicona liquida suficiente y por ultimo le coloque un detalle decorativo como son unos corazones en color blanco encima de un corazón negro y en el otro unas zzz que usamos como símbolo de sueño. Bueno los detalles son parte de la creatividad de cada quien al igual que el color del antifaz.

This piece that goes on top of the mask that is shaped like glasses we are going to paste it with liquid silicone, try to put enough glue especially on the edge of the piece. Then we glue on top some black hearts that look like the glass of the glasses, we must also add enough liquid silicone and finally I put a decorative detail such as some white hearts on top of a black heart and on the other one some zzz's that we use as a symbol of sleep. Well the details are part of the creativity of each person as well as the color of the mask.

Ahora si Listo!!! ya culminamos con este hermoso proyecto como fue elaborar un antifaz para dormir y tener dulces sueños. Cuando los comencé usar creí que era incomodo dormir con este tipo de accesorio pero les puedo decir que es todo lo contrario son muy cómodos y muy buenos para estimular el sueño. Con esmero y dedicación podemos lograr muchas cosas que nos proponemos
