Hello friends how are you all I hope you all are fine I am also fine. So yesterday I was scrolling on YouTube and I saw this very cute Christmas tree which was made with crochet so I did not even think for 1 second and I started making it because I found it very beautiful and I wanted to crochet something for Christmas so this was a perfect thing that I could crochet. I like Christmas a lot that is why I made this Christmas tree and I also attached a keychain ring in it so I can hang it with my keys or on my bag. And making it is very easy I will also share its tutorial with you. So let’s start making it.
Materials needed
To make this Christmas tree the things we need are Green color yarn, Brown color yarn, Red color yarn, White color yarn, Colourful foam clay, 2.5mm hook, Needle, Uhu glue, Stitch marker, Cotton,
To make this Christmas tree we need these things.
Making the trunk
So first I made the trunk of the Christmas tree and to make it I made a magic ring then in row 2 I made increases then in row 3 I made 1 single stitch and 1 increase. In row 4 I made 2 single stitches and 1 increase. In row 5 I made single stitches only in back loops in the whole row. Now from row 6 to row 12 make single stitches we will have a total of 18 stitches. Now cut the yarn. And fill it nicely with cotton. So our trunk is ready in this way.
Christmas hat
Now we make the Christmas hat to make it take red color yarn then make a magic ring in that magic ring make 6 single stitches. In row 2 again make single stitches. In row 3 make 2 single stitches and 1 increase we will have a total of 9 stitches. In row 4 make 9 single stitches. In row 5 make 2 single crochet and 1 increase. In row 6 make single stitches. In row 7 make 3 single stitches and 1 increase we will have 15 stitches. In row 8 make 15 single stitches. In row 9 make 4 single stitches and 1 increase. Now in row 10 and 11 make single stitches with white color yarn. Now cut the yarn. Now again make a magic ring with white color yarn then make 6 single stitches in it. In row 2 make 2 single stitches and 1 increase we will have a total of 9 stitches then cut the yarn and attach it to the hat with the help of uhu glue. So the Christmas hat will be ready like this.
Tree decorations
Now we make decorations to decorate the Christmas tree. So to make them I used foam clay first I made a candy. To make it roll red and white color clay together and give it a candy shape. And make some colourful balls to decorate the tree. Keep them to dry.
Christmas tree
Now we make the green part of the tree to make it take green color yarn. Then make a magic ring and make 6 double crochet in the magic ring. In row 2 make 1 double crochet and 1 double crochet increase. In row 3 make 2 double crochet and 1 double crochet increase. In row 4 make 12 single stitches only in back loops. In row 5 make 1 double crochet and 1 double crochet increase. In row 6 make 18 single stitches in back loops. In row 7 make 2 double crochet and 1 double crochet increase only in front loops. In row 8 make single stitches in back loops. In row 9 make 3 double crochet and 1 double crochet increase. In row 10 follow this pattern in every stitch (single stitch 2 double crochet chain 1 2 double crochet) follow this pattern in every stitch in the whole row. Now on the front loops of row 4 6 and 8 follow the same pattern in every stitch. So in this way the green part of our tree is also ready.
Attacking the trunk and tree
Now to attach the trunk to the tree use the back loops in row 7 where we worked only on front loops and attach the trunk to the tree with the help of a needle.
Attaching the decorations
Now at the end attach the decorations to the tree with the help of uhu glue. So first I attached the Christmas hat at the top of the tree then I attached the balls and at the end the candies.
