En esa última semana del año viejo elaboré un conjunto a otra de mis sobrinas. Consta de un pantalón con una blusa de cuello alto, combinando telas. Te cuento en detalle como lo hice y lo que necesité.
Se puede usar solo el pantalón y también la blusa. Ella lo prefirió así.

In that last week of the old year I elaborated an outfit to another of my nieces. It consists of a pair of pants with a turtleneck blouse, combining fabrics. I tell you in detail how I did it and what I needed.
Materiales:
1,5 metros de tela
Retazos de tela negra
Hilo, aguja, tijeras
Pelón o tela termo adhesiva
Botones y cierres.

Proceso de Elaboración:
Con unos de los pantalones de mi sobrina, lo usé como patrón para cortar la parte de adelante y la de atrás, a la delantera le dejé el espacio para colocar el cierre.
Elaboration process:
With one of my niece's pants, I used it as a pattern to cut the front and the back, to the front I left the space to place the zipper.
Después fui con la maquina cosiendo todas las partes, hilvané el cierre pues aun aquí soy muy temerosa antes de coser, le agregué bolsillos e hice unas pinzas.
Then I went with the machine sewing all the parts, I basted the zipper because even here I am very fearful before sewing, I added pockets and made some clips.
Medí la fina cintura de mi sobrina, para hacer la pretina y colocarle la tela termo adhesiva y que quede firme. Además le coloqué con los restos de tela sobrante las tirillas para la cintura.
Le ajusté el ruedo, y varias veces la cintura para que le quedara bien.
I measured my niece's thin waist, to make the waistband and place the thermo adhesive fabric so that it would be firm. I also used the leftover fabric to make the straps for the waistband.
I adjusted the hem and the waist several times to make it fit properly.
Después de terminado el pantalón, solo me quedaba un retazo de tela, así que combiné con una seda negra. Hice un patrón para la parte de arriba con un corte alto, corté tres pedazos de tela. A la parte delantera la coloqué doble.
After the pants were finished, I only had one piece of fabric left, so I combined it with a black silk. I made a pattern for the top with a high cut, I cut three pieces of fabric. The front part I double stitched.
Hice la parte trasera igual. Corté un rectángulo largo de tela negra que sería el cuello, uniendo ambas piezas.
I made the back part the same way. I cut a long rectangle of black fabric that would be the collar, joining both pieces.
Además corté otros rectángulos de tela negra para la parte de abajo. Y con el resto de tela le hice una tira para que quedara alrededor de toda la pieza.
Le coloqué un cierre de un lazo de la blusa con un botón.
I also cut other rectangles of black fabric for the bottom. And with the rest of the fabric I made a strip to go around the whole piece.
I fastened it with a button from a bow of the blouse.
Así me quedó este hermoso conjunto. Aún sigo y quiero aprender a hacer mis patrones.
