It is a good day to reflect on when my dearest cousin asked me to make her a granny square jacket. I remember telling her it wasn't a problem until I saw the jacket she wanted. I literally screamed..lol.
I hadn't done such a project before. It was going to require making at least 60 granny squares to be handstitched one after the other into a jacket!
It was a hilarious conversation, she started hitting me with the "there's nothing you can't achieve" speech...lmao. I eventually gave in to her "aspire to require" talk and made the jacket.
I do not get tired of looking at these pictures. I did well, didn't I? By the way, isn't my cousin a" beaut"?
