Hello, friends! Wow, it has been weeks since I last posted here! Life has been pretty hectic and chaotic the past weeks, that I didn't have the extra energy to post something here.
But here I am again, ready to share with you something that I am very proud of! As you have read in the post title, yes, I made a crochet journal! I named it, Off the Hook.
Off the Hook is a digital crochet journal with clickable buttons, which will help navigating through it easier. It was made with a minimalist design to give the crafters more room for creativity!
The idea of making a crochet journal was rooted from my personal experience with crochet note-taking. I had no specific notebook for my notes, so they were just on random pages, both on my tablet or random notebook. Very unorganized, indeed! Haha Because of this, there were moments when I got too lazy to jot down notes, and just told myself to remember everything. This was a disaster, especially with freehand projects because apparently, my memory isn't that sharp anymore. Hahaha
Aside from the usual spaces for note-taking, I also included some writing prompts and pages for inventory to make Off the Hook more purposeful and meaningful. hehe
To make sure that Off the Hook works well, I requested 6 crochet artists to test and check it with me. It is still currently in its testing phase, btw. My target release date is on June 7 (just because I love number 7 haha).
I am currently holding a giveaway for Off the Hook on Instagram! If you want to join and have a chance to get a copy of this journal for FREE, visit my IG page (@mgothooked).
I do hope that this journal will be helpful and useful to the crochet artists who are struggling with their crochet notes like I used to. Hehe
Stay sane and safe!
Let's spread happiness.
