Amigurumi #101: Pasionaria Paz

Me encantan las plantas y cuando ví este amigurumi quise tejerlo de inmediato. El creador de este diseño tienen varios personajes inspirados en flores y uno de ellos es Pasionaria Paz. I love plants and when I saw this amigurumi I wanted to knit it immediately. The creator of this design has several characters inspired by flowers and one of them is Pasionaria Paz. The crochet pattern by Zabbez (www.zabbez.com) is free and contains detailed steps to knit this character.

Materiales /materials :

Hilos de algodón (4 hebras) / cotton thread (4 strands)
crochet 2mm
tijera / scissor
napa siliconada / silicone coating
aguja lanera / wool needle
ojos de seguridad 8mm/ security eyes 8mm

A tejer/ To weave:

Se empezó el tejido por los pies (fig. 1), luego estos se unieron para formar el cuerpo (fig. 2 y 3). Como se trató de un amigurumi grande (30cm de altura) por lo general se repite de manera constante el número de puntos en las extremidades, por lo que suelo colocar en lugar de “marcador” algunos pedazos de hilos delgados sobrantes que contrasten con el color del tejido (fig. 4 y 5).

The knitting started with the feet (fig. 1), then these were joined together to form the body (fig. 2 and 3). As this was a large amigurumi (30cm high), the number of stitches on the limbs is usually repeated constantly, so I usually place some pieces of thin leftover yarn in place of the "marker" to contrast with the colour of the fabric (fig. 4 and 5).

El gorrito fue uno de los detalles más característicos. Tanto el tejido, armado y bordado (fig. 6, 7 y 8).

The cap was one of the most characteristic details. Both the weaving, the weaving and the embroidery (figs. 6, 7 and 8).

Una vez que se tiene el cuerpo, se le unió la cabeza y se bordó los diseños en el pecho simulando una chompa (fig. 9 y 10).

Once the body was ready, the head was attached and the designs were embroidered on the chest, simulating a jumper (fig. 9 and 10).
