¡Hola, espero la estés pasando muy bien!
Hi, I hope you are having a great time!
I present this utopian and Peruvian character. Why both? Because although this character does not exist, he is inspired by a native grain, whose place of origin is Peru and Bolivia. To be precise, the pink quinoa from Junín.
Ever since I knitted Prisilla I knew I would knit a collection of "Guardianas de la quinua" and now I'm on number 3 and I'm still missing the Amarantáceas, haha.
These berets are a must for them, they represent elegance. Of course, the colour changes according to the wardrobe they wear and their unique personality.
Yes, pink quinoa is in search of a name, can you help me? As I mentioned, it is inspired by the pink quinoa of Junín, which inhabits the inter-Andean valleys of Peru.
I love knitting minis size (13cm), I feel that the stitch types give it an accuracy, haha. Although, I have the crazy idea of moving this design to medium size (20cm) with the aim of being educational toys for the girls and incorporating quinoa into their diet.
¡Y eso es todo!
¡…Hasta la próxima!
See you next time!
Dato curioso: Ella es el último personaje peruano del año y ya tengo en lista el próximo, quien llegará en enero./ She is the last Peruvian character of the year and I already have the next one ready, who will arrive in January.
