Saludos querida comunidad, feliz #needleworkmonday 😊, les cuento que me encargaron un amigurumi para llavero de un persona muy clásico , se trata del adorable Piolín, yo estaba encantada de hacerlo porque a pesar de ser un personaje tan popular y que no pasa de moda, nunca lo había hecho antes, así que decidí poner todo mi amor y cariño en este amigurumi sabiendo que hacerlo de un tamaño tan reducido implicaba una gran dificultad a la hora de cuadrar las proporciones, pero estoy feliz de haber cumplido el reto.

Greetings dear community, happy #needleworkmonday 😊, I wanted to tell you that I was commissioned to make an amigurumi keychain of a very classic character, it's the adorable Tweety Bird. I was thrilled to make it because despite being such a popular and timeless character, I had never made one before, so I decided to put all my love and care into this amigurumi knowing that making it so small would be very difficult when it came to getting the proportions right, but I'm happy to have met the challenge.

Trabajé con hilo acrílico y ganchillo de 1.25mm, comencé haciendo las patas que son bastante grandes en comparación al cuerpo, con hilo naranja hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo, 2 hileras de aumentos para llegar a 18, luego intercalé 2 hileras sin aumentos por una hilera de 3 aumentos hasta llegar a obtener solo 6 puntadas, rellené y cerré con al aguja lanera, luego levante 6 puntos bajos en hice 3 hileras, cambié a hilo amarillo para continuar la pierna haciendo 3 aumentos por 2 hileras hasta obtener 12.

Hice los brazos aparte solo con 6 puntos bajos en una nillo y 5 hileras. Uní las piernas para formar el cuerpo e hice una hilera de 6 aumentos para obtener 30 puntadas y continué por 8 hileras, luego agregué los brazos y fui disminuyendo hasta obtener 12 puntadas para el cuello.

I worked with acrylic yarn and a 1.25mm crochet hook. I started by making the legs, which are quite large compared to the body. With orange yarn, I made 6 single crochet stitches in a ring, then 2 rows of increases to reach 18 stitches. Next, I alternated 2 rows without increases with a row of 3 increases until I had only 6 stitches. I stuffed it and closed it with a tapestry needle. Then I made 6 single crochet stitches and worked 3 rows. I changed to yellow yarn to continue the leg, making 3 increases for 2 rows until I had 12 stitches.

I made the arms separately with just 6 single crochet stitches in a ring and 5 rows. I joined the legs to form the body and made a row of 6 increases to get 30 stitches and continued for 8 rows. Then I added the arms and decreased until I had 12 stitches for the neck.

Desde el cuello continúe con los aumentos para la cabeza, también hice unas disminuciones a la altura de las mejillas, luego continúe con aumentos porque piolín tiene una cabeza en forma de bombillo, la parte más difícil fue hacer los cambios de color para el área blanca de los ojos pues debían quedar en el lugar preciso para poder colocar los ojos de plástico, para finalizar bordé los detalles de los ojos, las cejas y el piquito, la cola la hice con un punto puff y con un punto picot en el centro. Me encantó hacer este amigurumi porque no tuve que hacer ninguna costura, pero sobre todo porque la cliente quedó fascinada con el resultado😊

Starting at the neck, I continued increasing stitches for the head. I also made some decreases at the cheeks, then continued increasing because Tweety Bird has a lightbulb-shaped head. The most difficult part was changing the colors for the white area of the eyes, as they had to be in the precise position to insert the googly eyes. To finish, I embroidered the details of the eyes, eyebrows, and beak. I made the tail with a puff stitch and a picot stitch in the center. I loved making this amigurumi because I didn't have to do any sewing, but above all, because the client was thrilled with the result! 😊
