Saludos querida comunidad, Feliz #needleworkmonday, hoy les comparto otro amigurumi personalizado que hice esta semana, realmente esta comisión es muy especial porque se queda en familia, la cliente fue una prima que lamentablemente migró del país y sus padres aún están aquí, ella me pidió que por favor hiciera a mi tío y su esposa en versión amigurumi y me envió una fotografía como referencia, empecé haciendo a su madre en primer lugar y el resultado me gustó mucho, pues lo bonito de hacer amigurumis personalizados es que ninguno se parece a otro, cada uno tiene sus características únicas y siempre se trata de que incluso con las limitaciones que tiene la técnica amigurumi, hacer que tenga los rasgos representativos de la persona retratada.

Greetings dear community, Happy #needleworkmonday! Today I'm sharing another custom amigurumi I made this week. This commission is truly special because it's staying in the family. The client was a cousin who sadly emigrated, and her parents are still here. She asked me to please make amigurumi versions of my uncle and his wife and sent me a photograph as a reference. I started by making her mother first, and I was very pleased with the result. The beauty of making custom amigurumi is that no two are alike; each one has its own unique characteristics, and the goal is always to capture the essence of the person portrayed, even with the limitations of the amigurumi technique.

Comencé trabajando desde los pies a la cabeza con hilo acrílico y ganchillo de 1.25mm, para los pies hice 6 cadenas de base, hice dos hileras con aumentos en las puntas para obtener un ovalo de 20, sobre este trabajé dos hileras de altura y luego 3 con disminuciones en las punta para obtener el tobillo de 12 puntadas solamente, luego cambié de color para hacer el pantalón, la idea era hacer una especie de pantalón tipo jogger por eso debía ser ancho desde el tobillo hacia arriba por lo cual hice 4 aumentos para hacer una pierna de 16 puntadas de ancho, trabajé 11 hileras de alto y uní a la otra pierna con dos cadenas, hice aumentos para los glúteos y disminuciones para la cintura, decidí hacer el torso desnudo con el hilo color piel morena para hacer la blusa aparte, hice aumentos para los senos antes de unir los brazos y luego disminuciones para los hombros y cuello, extendí el cuello por 12 hileras para poder introducirlo mas adelante en la cabeza.

I started working from the feet to the head with acrylic yarn and a 1.25mm crochet hook. For the feet, I made 6 foundation chains, then two rows with increases at the tips to create a 20-stitch oval. On top of this, I worked two rows for height and then three rows with decreases at the tips to create the ankle, which was only 12 stitches. Then I changed colors to make the pants. The idea was to make a kind of jogger-style pants, so they needed to be wide from the ankle upwards. I made four increases to create a 16-stitch wide leg, worked 11 rows for height, and joined it to the other leg with two chains. I made increases for the buttocks and decreases for the waist. I decided to make the bare torso with the brown skin-tone yarn to make the blouse separately. I made increases for the breasts before joining the arms and then decreases for the shoulders and neck. I extended the neckline by 12 rows so I could insert it later into the headpiece.

Hice la cabeza primero con 12 puntadas por 12 hieleras para hacer el orificio por el cual se introduciría el cuello, luego seguí con 6 aumentos por hileras hasta obtener 48 puntadas, hice 11 hileras sin aumentos , coloqué los ojos y luego hice 6 disminuciones por 7 hileras hasta cerrar, aparte hice la blusa de ese modo se podría vestir antes de hacer la unión del cuello por dentro de la cabeza, bordé corazones rosados en la blusa, luego hice el cabello, con 60 mechones de 12 cadenas y 12 puntos deslizados, para la cola de caballo hice 12 mechones de 24 cadenas y 24 puntos deslizados. Luego hice los detalles como el bordado de los ojos, la nariz, las orejas y los lentos los hice con alambre floral.

I made the head first with 12 stitches per 12 rows to create the opening for the neck. Then I increased by 6 stitches per row until I had 48 stitches. I worked 11 rows without increases, added the eyes, and then decreased by 6 stitches per 7 rows to close the opening. Separately, I made the blouse so it could be worn before attaching the neck to the head. I embroidered pink hearts on the blouse. Then I made the hair with 60 strands of 12 chains and 12 slip stitches. For the ponytail, I made 12 strands of 24 chains and 24 slip stitches. Finally, I added details like the embroidered eyes, nose, and ears, and I made the lenses with floral wire.
