Greetings great minds and greetings here today I will be showing you how I made this A line simple gown, with a step by step illustration.
Here I have my Ankara fabric, lining, zip, aiming gum, tape, chalk, scissor, lace and my paper stone.
First thing to do is to measure out your full length out the fabric, then you measure out your hand pit line, shoulder using your chalk to trace it out and then you cut it out
After that, you fold your lace by two and place the front part on it, then you cut down to the hand pit side, after that you measure the width by Three inches and cut it out.
Now you proceed to cut out your hand using both the lace and Ankara.
After which u cut out the Ankara and lace joined together for the turtle neck by two inches wide.
Then you proceed to cut out lining for the gown.
Now for the front part, you first fixed the lace you cut out, you should make sure you use your pin to hold it before sewing.
Then you proceed to fixed the lining, and this is the back after the lining.
And while sewing the front, you put in your aiming gum and sew together for the middle part.
And this is the front.
And here is the hand.
Now you proceed to join the shoulder part together, after that you fixed the turtle neck.
After fixing the turtle neck you now proceed to fixed the hand and the zip and here is the gown.
After sewing everything together, you proceed to fixed the paper stones, and you place your stone and get a socked material and place it on it and place your iron.
And here is the final looks of the gown.
Thank you for checking on my post.
