Hello everybody, This is my work-in-progress Crocheted Bag With Buttons.
When ever I go to malls to buy something then timing I have extra money I buy things for my crafts just like the cute buttons which I find cute. Look at them, I bought this two months ago.
Then, last month when I bought at the yarn sale of Lots Of Yarn Store, I already knew what will I make. The project bag that was on my mine about about 7 yrs ago. Yeah, that was on my bucket list to make. With the materials on hand,the yarn, the buttons and the handle, just now fulfilled.
My pattern was my old cloth bag I bought at a 2nd hand store. I followed the dimensions which is H 15" x W 14". I used half double crochet all over.
I really thought today the bag will be done but last night about 8 pm our light went off, blackout! We were alarmed because only in our house, all of our neighbors have lights on. This morning my son-in-law check all the wiring with in the vicinity of our property. Aha, many wires were cut by the dogs teeth at the roof top, then it rained hard last night the wires were drained with rain water. Boom! the electric breaker went off. So, I stopped my crocheting. Thus, I share this as my Wip. For 18 rows more to go before the bag base is done.
Then, my handle is also ready already.
Hope, I can finish this on time for my birthday this coming July 16.I hav'nt made a top for my birthday at least this bag will do.
