In the case of needles, they always hit the floor and when they get there it's like falling into the Bermuda triangle. And the pins, I suspect that I leave them stuck in the work, especially when I use glue to join a piece in amigurumis.

This is a very cute and easy to make pincushion. The point is that it is made with nylon stockings and this type of fabric doesn't need to be stitched because it doesn't fray for nothing. It is basically worked with circles, a pink one for the body and a black one, a little smaller, for the head.

Este es un alfiletero muy coqueto y fácil de realizar. El punto es que está hecho con medias de nylon y este tipo de tela no necesita rematar costuras pues no se deshilacha por nada. Se trabaja básicamente con círculos, uno rosa para el cuerpo y uno negro, un poco más pequeño, para la cabeza.

Once we have marked the circles on the fabric, we sew with a stitch that allows us to pucker the fabric and then we cut half a centimeter, following the line of the seam, we pull the needle to pucker a little and be able to fill in. We do the same with the head.

Unimos la cabeza al cuerpo con un hilo negro confrontando la parte del remate de costura de la cabeza con uno de los laterales del cuerpo, de manera que el remate del cuerpo quede hacia abajo. Retornamos con el hilo por encima del cuerpo y damos varias vueltas sobre la misma línea, así se obtiene la división que simula las alas de la mariquita.

On a piece of green fleece, we fold it and cut out a heart-shaped leaf, which is the easiest to sew, but it is also very pretty. We sew all around with a scalloped stitch and the leaf will have a better structure.

Sobre un trozo de tela polar color verde, lo doblamos y recortamos una hoja con silueta de corazón que es la más sencilla de coser, pero además es muy bonita. Cosemos todo el contorno con un punto festón y la hoja tendrá mejor estructura.

With black paint we make the dots on the body of the ladybug. We place the eyes, a line with red thread that represents the mouth and some decorative crocheted flowers.

Con pintura negra realizamos los puntos sobre el cuerpo de la mariquita. Colocamos los ojos, una línea con hilo rojo que representa la boca y algunas flores decorativas hechas a crochet.

I have my pincushion ready, I never had one before.
