The time for me was short, I was left with projects that I could not work, I imagine that for you it was similar, however God gives us the great blessing that this year we continue working with the same determination and enthusiasm, we finish what was unfinished and continue motivating and creating.
This time I bring you the idea of a simple dress to go for a walk in the afternoon. This work was to elaborate it in the days of Christmas, but with the hustle and bustle of Christmas was impossible and my health, the only thing I could do was to buy the fabric I needed, since the rest of the things I had among my things, I decided to save the bag to make it the first days of January 2022. Making the dress was a very comforting experience, since there was an atmosphere of calm and tranquility, without pressure of any kind, so much was my comfort that I did it in one afternoon, the difficult thing was, the machine at times did not want to sew the fabric, at the same time I looked for a solution by placing a strip of paper between the teeth of the machine and the fabric, adjust my fabric with the presser foot and ready to sew. I am thrilled to see that every day I have improved my needle and thread work.
Hola familia de Colmena, FELIZ AÑO NUEVO 2022, que este año esté lleno de salud, amor y entrega por la gracia del Altísimo, estos son mis mejores deseos para todos los que pertenecemos a esta comunidad. Esta experiencia en Colmena ha sido maravillosa, con ustedes he ampliado mi creatividad y me he inspirado para hacer mis labores de aguja, cosas que nunca imaginé que podría hacer las hice, algunas muy buenas otras no tanto, cualquiera podría desfallecer y decir no más trabajo, sin embargo esas caídas me empujaron a seguir con mis labores. El tiempo para mí fue corto, me quedé con proyectos que no pude trabajar, me imagino que para ustedes fue similar, sin embargo Dios nos da la gran bendición de que este año sigamos trabajando con el mismo empeño y entusiasmo, terminemos lo que quedó inconcluso y sigamos motivando y creando.
En esta ocasión os traigo la idea de un sencillo vestido para salir a pasear por la tarde. Este trabajo era para elaborarlo en los días de Navidad, pero con el ajetreo de la Navidad fue imposible y mi salud, lo único que pude hacer fue comprar la tela que necesitaba, ya que el resto de las cosas que tenía entre mis cosas, decidí guardar la bolsa para hacerlo los primeros días de enero de 2022. Hacer el vestido fue una experiencia muy reconfortante, ya que se respiraba un ambiente de calma y tranquilidad, sin presiones de ningún tipo, tanto fue mi confort que lo hice en una tarde, lo difícil fue, que la máquina por momentos no quería coser la tela, al mismo tiempo busqué una solución colocando una tira de papel entre los dientes de la máquina y la tela, ajuste mi tela con el prensatelas y listo para coser. Estoy encantada de ver que cada día he mejorado mi trabajo con la aguja y el hilo.
