Some fabrics are so expensive that a trouser length could cost as much as $400 and above, the cheapest fabrics you can get is for $3 and these are very light transparent ones with not much use.
I needed new stock of fabrics an visited this store, the largest one in the city and you can see from the arrangements that tones of fabrics is loaded here.

Visiting stored like this you have to come prepared for whatever it is you want to buy, as millions of naira flow in and out of this store on daily basis and the same goes with other fabric stores across the world.
Does clothing deserve to be this expensive, you cab hardly buy a $2 fabrics or clothes unless it is thrift or second hand wears.
Those in fashion line and industries understand the business of fashion but for upcoming designers like us, we can't afford to buy expensive fabrics and end up designing something odd.
But the textile industries sure has alot of investors as well seeing how expensive some fabrics could be.

Christmas is fast approaching and everywhere around fabrics stores gets clouded as it is a norm here for people to buy new clothes at Christmas since not everyone is able to afford new clothes within the year, people struggle to at least buy a new pair at Christmas.
