Hello Hive
Beautiful new week to all of us on hive and especially you my dearest needlework family, hope September has been nice to us so far 😊.
The weather is usually hot or cold depending on season and like we all know, the tide is about to change and the cold will soon give way to that hot sunny and uncomfortable days.
As season change, so does you dressing.
We need less of thick cloth and son thing free that won't absorb heat.
Camisole do indoor purpose will soon be flying around the market for sale and been a Needleworker we all know it is less expensive when we make clothes for ourselves rather than buy expensive ones from the market.
Besides we get to sew our design of choice.
It was time for my shorts to get some matching camisole and this was the simplest diy design I made taping the edges with bias to add more light and color to it.
I used my measurements but ended up making the top much longer than what I wanted.
Never knew 23"will be that long.
To make something fitted and sitting above the hip or just below the navel is the most fitting and attractive camisole you can make just in case you decide to make one.
We can all do well and try to take care of ourselves body and appearance at all times and season.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated for summer.
