Hello hive.
Happy new week and happy and blessed needleworkmonday to you all of my beautiful friends in the community, how are you all doing today, i hope that everything goes perfectly well with you all, today i will be sharing with you all on some of the few steps i carried in cutting and sewing of this a princess burstier with basque waste line for my friend, for asoebi uniform.
As they always said that practice makes perfect, we all know that there are a lot of people who does not believe in practice, one thing that brings failure to some people is that they don't always like practice but if they dedicate their time to practice they will be no chance for failure, we all believe that sewing is not an easy work but they are thousands of people who does not want to dedicate their time or to steady one place in sewing business because sewing need much attention and time, cutting and sewing is like scattering something and then fix them back, we normally pieces clothes and joined them step by steps and the beauty comes out, for this princess bustier and with basque wast line needs more time and attention.
This my friend informed me earlier that she had a traditional marriage and wedding to attend and she among the asoebi so i should prepare to sew her uniform for her but because of my busyness i forgot, so on Thursday she called to know if i had started making her dress, i told her i forgot ooh, then i quickly dropped the one i was doing i picked her uniform and started the cutting process.
I folded the black material for the half length princess bustier, i took her half length and her normal burst measurements and i took her normal body measurements and i added extra 3 inches allowance for the princes dart after adding and then i took in her normal dart then i quickly draft out the princess dart and cut it out, after cutting out i cut the facing also then i cut out the worden and iron it probably and cut out the breast pads and stitch it down, then i use the facing and made the three boning trape.
I then turned the upper princess bustier with the facing.
So i now cut out the skirt down part and turned the both back and front with lining then i placed the upper part and cut oit the basque waste line.
So i put the zipper at the back side and joined the upper half length after turning with facing and i also stiched down the eyelets trape and the two lines boning.
After finishing with that i now joined the front basque upper part with the down side together and i also joined the back together, then i start beading the body part and i make four lines of beads for the sleeves.
So here is the outcome of it.
It was so beautiful and nice, the most important thing is that she was so excited, i was excited too because for not disappointing her, i delivered the dress in time.
