Three months have passed since I took on this order, unsure whether I could complete it in time or even recreate it based on the reference my client sent me via PM. Despite my hesitation, I felt the need to give it a try and see if I could pull it off.
The reference photo for the top she requested is shown below.
While working on the Granny Squares, I had to redo them several times, making sure the waistline would fit. I also kept changing the colors, concerned they might not match the picture.
To make progress, I’ve been working on it during my rest days. I was not easy having a full time job, then going home for an hour and look tired to make some progress on the project.
That is why I have to keep myself motivated while crocheting, I've been watching Korean dramas to stay entertained and help me push through to finish the project.
I’ve been struggling with the pattern I come up with, especially since it's my first time making one without a lace at the back of the top.
In the end, I was able to finish it after multiple attempts, adding some tassels to the bottom of the top for a final touch.
Thank you for having a time reading and checking out to this post.
