My Entry for the Needlework Monday Contest

Hello guys. Hope you are all doing well. I'm back in this community after a week and this post is for the Needlework Monday contest. Today the weather is very good because after many days it has been sunny. Last time I embroidered small yellow flowers and you guys gave me a lot of motivation by appreciating my embroidery. Now I have embroidered a red flower as you can guess from the lead image. Hope you will like my embroidery. Let's start with the procedure.

First I will show you the original image of the embroidery from which I took the sketch. I found this sketch very simple and beautiful, so I selected it. You can see the original image here. First I made a sketch on the fabric with a sketch pencil which was very easy.

After making the sketch I did tighten the frame well so that the embroidery makes easily. The original picture has a pink flower but I decided to embroider the flower with red thread because the red flower looks beautiful on the white fabric. First I put the red thread in the needle and started embroidering the flower. I used a simple stitch to embroider the flower which is very easy.

After completing the embroidery of the flower I started embroidering the leaves with green thread and for the leaves I used daisy stitch which I have used in many of my previous embroideries. I often used daisy Stitch to make the flowers as this stitch is very satisfying. I tried my best to make this embroidery sophisticated and beautiful so that it looks attractive.

After finishing the leafy branch with green thread, I embroidered the center of the flowers with yellow thread and this stitch is always my favorite. I have used simple stitch to make the flower. I hope you will like this embroidery of mine. I completed this embroidery in an hour as it was very easy. I had a lot of fun making this embroidery because I like sitting in the sun and embroidering.
