Today I bring you the step by step of a denim cosmetic case sewn by hand and drawn with cold paint; It could be said that I put into practice my personal way of art, since it is my first time painting on canvas and sewing a zipper by hand; Since I entered the world of #HIVE, my great talent has emerged for what I thought I could not do, I hope you like it and above all that it is to the liking of everyone in this community. Then I share the step by step.
Hola a toda la comunidad #NeedleWorkMonday, esta es mi primera vez por aquí, espero de una forma u otra poder cumplir con sus expectativas, tuve la oportunidad de leer su descripción y me di cuenta que apoyan a todos los artistas que sientan pasión por las artes de la aguja y cualquier forma del arte de la fibra. Hoy les traigo el paso a paso de un porta cosmético de mezclilla cosido a mano y dibujado con pintura al frio; se podría decir que puse en practica mi manera personal de arte, ya que es mi primera vez pintando sobre tela y cosiendo un cierre a mano; desde que entre al mundo de #HIVE han aflorado de mi mucho talento para lo que pensé que no podría hacer, espero les guste y sobre todo que sea del agrado de todos en esta comunidad. A continuación les comparto el paso a paso.

PROCESS / PROCEDIMIENTO
1- We open the denim, then we measure the size that we want to make our cosmetic bag and cut the size just as we need it.
1- Abrimos la mezclilla, luego medimos el tamaño que queremos hacer nuestro porta cosméticos y picamos el tamaño justo como lo necesitamos.
2- Once we have our fabric ready, we proceed to glue the closure by hand as shown in the following images.
2- Una vez que tenemos nuestra tela lista, procedemos a pegar a mano el cierre como se muestra en las siguientes imágenes.
3- After having glued the closure, we proceed to sew the lateral sides with stitching and buttonhole stitch to reinforce and prevent the denim from fraying.
3- Después de haber pegado el cierre, procedemos a coser los lados laterales con pespuntes y punto de ojal para reforzar y evitar que la mezclilla se deshilache.
4- After having cooked the sides, we turn the denim and it will be as shown in the images, and then start with the drawing.
4- Luego de haber cosido los lados, volteamos la mezclilla y nos quedara de la manera que se muestra en las imágenes, para luego iniciar con el dibujo.
5- Finally, we place a separator (anime) inside the cosmetic holder, to prevent it from staining and we start our sunflower drawing on the denim in order to put a personal touch to the work.
5- Por ultimo colocamos un separador (anime) dentro del porta cosméticos, para evitar que se manche e iniciamos nuestro dibujo de girasol sobre la mezclilla para de esta manera colocar un toque personal al trabajo.
